  • Install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at residential and business customer locations
  • Install new lines and configure telecommunications equipment
  • Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when required
  • Connect, power, and activate Wi-Fi networks
  • Diagnose and resolve installation-related service issues
  • Work independently while serving as a trusted expert at customer locations
  • Deliver reliable installation and activation services
  • Assist customers while connecting them to essential telecommunications services
