Accounting Manager (Hybrid, Germany)
Lead multi-entity accounting for AKM Wundmanagement GmbH, a German ambulatory wound-care provider. Oversee closing, tax, receivables, team development, and finance process digitalization.
Descriere
- Manage accounting activities across multiple legal entities
- Maintain dependable daily accounting operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns
- Coordinate annual financial statement preparation with tax advisors
- Oversee accounts receivable management
- Lead and develop the two-person Accounting team
- Advance accounting through digitalization and automation
- Improve finance tools, digital workflows, and system interfaces
- Work closely with management, tax advisors, and relevant internal teams
Cerințe
- Several years of professional accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with monthly closing, account reconciliations, VAT, and annual financial statements
- A certified accountant, tax specialist, or comparable qualification is preferred but optional
- Proficiency with DATEV
- Experience using DATEV Unternehmen online is an advantage
- Some leadership experience is helpful but not essential
- Willingness to take ownership of a team
- Strong interest in digitalizing and automating processes
- Very good written and spoken German, with regular on-site availability
- Ability to work regularly in person on-site
