  • Set creative direction and strategy across a portfolio of brands
  • Deliver original, effective creative work
  • Build and carry out creative strategies that meet business objectives and client needs
  • Partner with Creative, Account and Technology teams
  • Lead the creative team and encourage collaboration, fresh thinking and ongoing improvement
  • Bring conceptual thinking and art direction to work across media
  • Expose teams to outstanding creative work to inspire their ideas
  • Challenge teams to move beyond safe concepts toward distinctive, unexplored ideas
  • Shape creative work in partnership with the broader team
  • Lead pitches and client presentations
  • Identify and address obstacles throughout the creative process
  • Contribute to the Creative department’s success and the growth of client brands
  • Oversee quality, staffing, workloads, workflows, team morale and client relationships
  • Present the Creative perspective to senior leaders
  • Develop Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors through inclusion, shared ownership and collaboration
  • Balance team workloads to protect both quality and work-life balance

  • Take on other duties as assigned

Prasības

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience
  • At least 12 years of experience in digital, print, traditional and trade marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceuticals and digital media
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Oncology experience is required
  • Strong negotiation skills when resolving issues with subject matter experts or partner agencies
  • A portfolio of strategically sound, visually polished work
  • Demonstrated creative, management, strategic advertising and leadership skills
