Set creative direction and strategy across a portfolio of brands
Deliver original, effective creative work
Build and carry out creative strategies that meet business objectives and client needs
Partner with Creative, Account and Technology teams
Lead the creative team and encourage collaboration, fresh thinking and ongoing improvement
Bring conceptual thinking and art direction to work across media
Expose teams to outstanding creative work to inspire their ideas
Challenge teams to move beyond safe concepts toward distinctive, unexplored ideas
Shape creative work in partnership with the broader team
Lead pitches and client presentations
Identify and address obstacles throughout the creative process
Contribute to the Creative department’s success and the growth of client brands
Oversee quality, staffing, workloads, workflows, team morale and client relationships
Present the Creative perspective to senior leaders
Develop Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors through inclusion, shared ownership and collaboration
Balance team workloads to protect both quality and work-life balance
Show an ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
Take on other duties as assigned

आवश्यकताएँ

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience
At least 12 years of experience in digital, print, traditional and trade marketing
Extensive knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceuticals and digital media
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
Oncology experience is required
Strong negotiation skills when resolving issues with subject matter experts or partner agencies
A portfolio of strategically sound, visually polished work
Demonstrated creative, management, strategic advertising and leadership skills
