  • Set the strategic direction and operational standards for the organization’s cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide reliable service to business customers and a strong technology experience for associates.
  • Advance infrastructure automation, application migration, cloud optimization, cost management, and AI-enabled process improvements.
  • Introduce infrastructure and operations capabilities that strengthen competitiveness and employee productivity.
  • Build and manage an integrated IT service management environment using established practices and AI-enabled tools.
  • Align infrastructure and operations plans with environmental, growth, governance, security, and digital transformation goals.
  • Manage the annual infrastructure and operations budget and pursue ongoing cost optimization.
  • Work with the CISO on security strategy and cloud security frameworks.
  • Set infrastructure and operations sourcing strategy and oversee vendor and partner relationships.
  • Advance infrastructure and operations practices through Agile, DevOps, platform, and product approaches.
  • Lead continuous service improvement and track and communicate its impact.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and address security threats proactively.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Build a high-performing infrastructure and operations organization.
  • Apply AI across employee technology experience, IT operations, IT service management, and service desk functions.
  • Bring observability and resilience governance together to improve detection, diagnosis, incident recovery, and availability.
  • Prepare the infrastructure and operations workforce through AI-driven automation, cross-training, and scalable resourcing.
  • Report to the Chief Information Officer.
  • Lead senior managers overseeing cloud operations, network architecture, infrastructure security, application migration, service desk, infrastructure operations, employee technology experience, and vendor management.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience managing cloud infrastructure.
  • At least 10 years in senior leadership overseeing complex cloud environments at a large enterprise.
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in cloud infrastructure operations at a complex, global organization.
  • Expertise managing Azure or Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Experience optimizing cloud network architecture with technologies such as Zscaler.
  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, compliance obligations, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in application migration, cost optimization, and cloud governance.
  • Leadership experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, identity and access management (IAM), and multifactor authentication (MFA) administration.
  • Familiarity with distributed branch SD-WAN networks and Wi-Fi capabilities.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of IAM and collaboration services, including Azure AD, Office 365, and Okta.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and business judgment.
  • Preferred certifications include CCSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, CISSP, and ITIL.
  • Preferred experience spans digital transformation, AI, machine learning, edge computing, DevOps, disaster recovery, business continuity, budgeting, vendor agreements, and global infrastructure management.
