Spanish-Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Remote, US)
Manage personal injury claims from intake through demand preparation, coordinating records, treatment, liens, and client communication. Support EvenUp’s legal operations platform in a US-based remote role.

- Open insurance claims and act as the main contact for adjusters and insurance carriers
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports
- Monitor treatment progress and stay informed of outcomes
- Identify and address lien and subrogation issues proactively
- Work with lead paralegals to prepare complete, accurate files for demand
- Guide clients through pre-litigation with daily communication
- Track case timelines and meet key milestones accurately
- Find and reduce operational inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy
- Maintain high standards for documentation, file integrity, and communication
- Support personal injury lawyers and clients through EvenUp’s technology-enabled legal operations platform
Prasības
- At least 3 years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation
- Ability to execute processes in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Clear, professional communication with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers
- Strong ownership, quality standards, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
- Must be based in the United States
- Candidates outside the Pacific time zone may be asked about working Pacific business hours; this is not a requirement
