Apraksts

Maintain the ARAIC compliance program, tracking requirements and documentation and supporting audit and certification readiness.
Research regulatory and procurement rules in priority markets.
Set commercial direction and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Assess prospective customers and commercial partners.
Develop pitch decks, proposals, and market outreach plans.
Act as the operational contact for customers and partners.
Turn customer and partner needs into clear milestones and engineering priorities.
Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and risk plans for customer pilots and partner initiatives.
Track program metrics and keep milestones on schedule and within scope.
Support recruitment marketing, recruiting events, and employer branding.

Prasības

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline.
At least seven years of industry experience or equivalent, including program planning, operations, or project coordination.
Experience handling compliance, certification, or regulatory requirements.
Ability to coordinate schedules and deliverables across teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze regulatory, procurement, and market information and summarize findings for technical teams.
Experience preparing pitch decks, proposals, and executive summaries.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
Availability for virtual meetings with the Taiwan-based team at least three nights each week.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and recruiting events.
Ability to work in a fast-changing, fast-paced, results-focused corporate environment.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
