Apraksts

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of designers
  • Set creative direction for projects and campaigns
  • Shape creative strategy with the VP of Creative, Design Director, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee designer development, workload allocation, reviews, and training
  • Help establish and achieve team goals
  • Conceptualize, design, present, and deliver artwork and campaign assets that support business objectives and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with copywriters and designers to produce work for stakeholders and clients
  • Create user experiences that communicate intended messages and operate within technical specifications
  • Develop messaging for print, digital, video, and social media using color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and print and layout techniques
  • Stay informed about Kaplan brands, products, technology trends, and design practices across media
  • Maintain quality standards throughout each project phase
  • Coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Manage project workflows, digital file organization, and backup systems

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, graphic arts, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a creative team
  • At least 8 years of experience creating and designing campaigns, emails, videos, print marketing materials, presentations, digital ads, websites, and responsive or mobile social media assets
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of designers
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Acrobat Pro
  • Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, and CSS
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent leadership, self-motivation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and departments in a remote work environment
  • Commitment to developing skills continuously and staying current with industry trends and developments
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with Exact Target is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Asana project management system is a plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual work, digital executions, and social experiences
