Unity

Apraksts

  • Build game features hands-on for a large mobile audience.
  • Shape client technology to fit the game vision and product, design, and art needs.
  • Organize development cycles by defining engineering work and processes for roadmap delivery.
  • Work with the General Manager on team structure, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Set coding standards and practices that support quality and a steady development pace.
  • Track product health and coordinate with central teams to improve quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze mobile game mechanics and adapt them for the game.
  • Coordinate roadmap planning, releases, and adoption with product leaders.
  • Provide technical direction to the development team.
  • Refine game design details, oversee testing, and make revisions based on player feedback.

Prasības

  • Bring a creative, resourceful problem-solving approach.
  • Have a strong understanding of gameplay and close attention to detail.
  • Have at least five years of professional Unity experience.
  • Have experience providing technical leadership.
  • Show a successful track record with top-tier mobile games.
  • Understand game optimization challenges.
  • Be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Have experience with AI-assisted development.
