Senior Functional Analyst, Banking and BPM
Define functional requirements and BPMN processes at IKNOWHOW SA, supporting banking and digital transformation projects. Collaborate across business, development and QA teams through delivery.

- Gather and document functional requirements with clients and business stakeholders
- Turn business needs into user stories, use cases, business rules and acceptance criteria
- Model business processes in BPMN and identify gaps and opportunities to improve them
- Connect business and technical teams to maintain a shared understanding of requirements throughout delivery
- Work with development teams to clarify requirements and address functional issues during implementation
- Help QA define test scenarios, maintain requirements traceability and take part in user acceptance testing
- Apply data analysis to shape requirements, validate solutions and inform decisions
- Guide and coordinate other analysts on the project team
Prasības
- At least five years of experience as a Functional Analyst in banking and/or with Business Process Management systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document functional requirements, including business processes, user stories and use cases
- Practical experience with business process modeling methods and tools such as BPMN
- Experience using data analysis methods and tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including explaining complex information to business and technical audiences
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate work across stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with lending automation systems, such as loan origination or credit workflows, is preferred
- Experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, Pega, Appian or similar is preferred
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is preferred
