- Lead Envi’s project management organization through its management teams.
- Set performance standards, accountability, and talent development priorities.
- Shape and deliver implementation strategies that meet client needs and business goals.
- Refine implementation methods, standardize workflows, and remove inefficiencies.
- Build scalable onboarding, training, and skills development programs.
- Oversee complex, strategically important client implementations.
- Provide executive oversight, mitigate risks, and support escalations.
- Set and track performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and operational measures.
- Apply operational data and performance insights to resource allocation, capacity planning, process improvement, and decision-making.
- Work with Envi and Vizient teams to simplify workflows and coordinate client onboarding.
- Introduce technology, automation, and approved AI capabilities.
- Help plan for long-term organizational growth at both strategic and operational levels.
Prasības
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience leading implementation, project management, or client delivery operations in complex business settings.
- A record of leading managers and developing strong teams through coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong strategic planning and operational leadership skills.
- Experience building scalable implementation methods and service delivery models.
- Experience overseeing complex, high-risk implementations, handling escalations, and achieving successful client outcomes.
- Strong analytical and financial judgment.
- Experience setting performance measures, managing organizational capacity, and improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to lead organizational change, optimize business processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management technology, automation, and emerging AI capabilities is preferred.
