Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of relevant industry or field experience.
  • Expertise advising on the selection, implementation, governance, and ongoing management of modern data platforms, including warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses.
  • Understanding of how data platforms support AI and agentic capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, AI agents, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Technical guidance on context-layer architectures, including knowledge graphs, ontologies, metadata, and semantic models.
  • Expertise designing and assessing technical infrastructure that brings together data management, AI, and cybersecurity.
  • Able to establish credibility with executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Able to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Subject matter expertise and confidence speaking to audiences of varied sizes.
  • Strong business and financial judgment.
  • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape in the relevant subject area.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with multicultural teams around the world.
  • Adaptable learner who can work effectively in highly matrixed environments.
  • Able to represent Gartner’s research methods and strategies effectively.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% where applicable.
