Apraksts

  • Complete janitorial and cleaning responsibilities
  • Carry out every task listed on the daily work schedule
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Keep the assigned area clean and properly maintained each day
  • Notify the supervisor about incidents and hazardous conditions
  • Observe all applicable safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other employees on assigned duties
  • Perform repetitive work while maintaining an orderly work area
  • Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and workplace rules
  • Accept direction and respond appropriately to supervision
  • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers
  • Provide coverage when staffing shortages occur
  • Assist the shift lead with outstanding punch-list tasks
  • Wear and use the required personal protective equipment
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and workplace conduct
  • Apply an understanding of customer service and satisfaction
  • Use reporting systems effectively and understand the work environment

Prasības

  • No specific educational credential is required
  • Three to six months of training or relevant experience is preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
  • A valid driver’s license may be required
  • Completion of all required safety and task-training certifications
  • Forklift certification may be required
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and related documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
  • Understanding of cleaning-equipment upkeep and care
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, including their safe and efficient use
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds
  • Availability for Monday through Friday overnight shifts, with mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed
