Operations Support Specialist

Provide accounting, HR, purchasing, and office administration for TruTeam’s energy-efficient insulation and building materials business.

Apraksts

  • Maintain records and information
  • Conduct accounting and financial analysis
  • Track credit and collections
  • Convert quotes to work orders each day
  • Review and approve vendor invoices
  • Assist management teams with HR administration
  • Improve communication across departments
  • Handle office duties such as restocking supplies, distributing mail, and custodial work
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing, accounting, credit and collections, IT, and administrative requirements
  • Administer human resources and employee relations programs
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Prasības

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company business
  • Have prior experience in administrative services or a related field
  • Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage varied tasks
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
  • English and Spanish fluency preferred
  • Be available for local travel of less than 10%
  • Be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • Have good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical strength
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties
