Apraksts

  • Deliver clearly defined tasks and projects to a high-quality standard
  • Learn and follow the Mechanism OS and established team practices
  • Share progress proactively, identify blockers, and validate assumptions
  • Create and maintain structured data models and reliable datasets
  • Build automated workflows with Google Apps Script, N8N, and Make
  • Support data pipelines and use SQL to extract and transform data
  • Help create dashboards with Looker, Metabase, or Periscope
  • Connect AI tools and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Klaviyo, to workflows
  • Develop and refine web pages, product landing pages, and user-interface components
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media and SEO initiatives
  • Collect, organize, and clean web-source data for research and competitor analysis
  • Handle ad hoc operational, administrative, and research work
  • Advance toward independent ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Identify recurring operational issues and create durable automations, playbooks, and workflows
  • Build expertise in a primary domain while developing fluency in a secondary domain
  • Work with Mission Leaders, Operations Engineers, multidisciplinary teams, and portfolio companies

Prasības

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and data literacy
  • Comfort working with data in spreadsheets or databases
  • Strong foundational ability in at least one operations engineering capability area
  • Familiarity with an automation or workflow platform such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or a comparable tool
  • Basic to intermediate spreadsheet or SQL skills, or the ability to develop them quickly
  • Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work without constant supervision
  • Professional front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Tailwind, or Bootstrap
  • Experience connecting front-end applications to APIs or databases
  • Familiarity with or proficiency in SQL for accessing and modifying databases
  • Familiarity with or proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience working with AI tools
  • Experience with paid media campaigns or ad creative production
  • A background in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT is preferred
  • Experience with front-end tools such as Webflow, Replo, React, or Shopify Builder is preferred
  • Experience with Looker, Metabase, Periscope, or comparable data visualization platforms is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping tools or scripting, such as Octoparse or Python, is preferred
  • Experience supporting startup or venture environments is preferred
