Apraksts

  • Prepare and issue accurate financial statements on time.
  • Review and submit monthly and annual tax filings.
  • Coordinate monthly accounting activities and close the books.
  • Reconcile and analyze bank, amortization, deposit, expense, and intercompany accounts.
  • Create and maintain journal entries, recurring entries, and expense allocations.
  • Check accounting records and financial statement balances for accuracy.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Review general ledger variances across reporting periods.
  • Assist with the annual financial audit.
  • Follow accounting policies and procedures, with a focus on internal controls.
  • Keep accounting records and supporting documentation up to date.
  • Check and approve payroll calculations and related journal entries.
  • Review income tax calculations and prepare certificates.
  • Calculate and record personnel expense provisions.
  • Process marketing credit notes, discounts, price differences, and other adjustments.
  • Contribute to administrative and accounting projects.
  • Handle other related duties as assigned.

Prasības

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
  • An active Florida CPA license is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
  • ERP system experience is required.
  • Must be based in Florida.
