Maintain and repair Arjo mobility equipment at healthcare facilities across Victoria. The role also supports installations, customer training, preventive maintenance, and service sales.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment at care facilities.
- Plan and deliver preventive maintenance and repair visits at healthcare sites.
- Promote and sell Arjo products and service agreements.
- Oversee equipment installations and provide unpacking and assembly services.
- Train customer staff to operate equipment and use it correctly.
- Support sales teams with joint customer visits, in-service sessions, and sales leads.
- Keep parts inventory organized in a clean company vehicle.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Prasības
- Postsecondary technical education or equivalent practical experience
- Experience repairing and maintaining electromechanical equipment in the field
- Experience providing technical customer service in person
- Experience selling or promoting service products
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to recommend and sell products or services in response to customer needs
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical repair skills
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple customer sites, including overnight trips when required
