Apraksts

  • Interpret accurately and primarily in medical settings.
  • Interpret for social services, customer care, and financial clients.
  • Preserve impartiality and confidentiality in every assignment.
  • Begin with over-the-phone interpretation (OPI), with a direct path to video remote interpretation (VRI).

Prasības

  • At least 6–12 months of remote medical interpretation experience.
  • C1-level English, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE.
  • ALTA score of 9+ or LanguageStat/PICSI score of 75%–80%+, issued within the past 12 months (preferred).
  • Strong command of medical and customer service terminology.
  • HIPAA and FWA certification, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted.
  • USB noise-canceling headset.
  • Windows 10 or later with at least 4 GB of RAM.
  • Private, quiet workspace.
