Apraksts

  • Teach approximately three undergraduate courses per year, totaling about 18 credit hours, across management, strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, and related subjects.
  • Help students strengthen their thinking, reading, writing, research, and communication abilities.
  • Guide students through advising, office hours, internships, client-based projects, and capstone work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to update and develop courses and curricula.
  • Evaluate student learning and support ongoing improvement of the academic program.
  • Contribute service to the department, center, and institutional committees.
  • Advance Principia’s liberal arts approach, Christian Science-based character education, and inclusive learning community.
  • Provide prayerful support for Principia’s mission, objectives, and operations.

Prasības

  • Be a student of Christian Science.
  • Support Principia’s guiding statements.
  • Hold a related master’s degree; a PhD or DBA is preferred.
  • Bring at least five years of professional experience.
  • Be prepared to teach multiple subject areas as an academic generalist.
  • Have classroom teaching experience or experience working with college-age students, preferred.
  • Mid- to senior-level leadership experience is advantageous.
