Business Banking Relationship Manager I
Manage and grow PNC Business Banking relationships with Atlanta-area clients, expanding revenue and market share while overseeing credit and other risks.

- Oversee relationships with new and existing clients in an assigned portfolio
- Meet sales goals by growing revenue and market share
- Win, grow, and retain client relationships to increase revenue and deepen share of wallet
- Develop, assess, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
- Balance risk and return while maintaining service quality
- Identify and reduce regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
- Offer relevant ideas and guidance based on clients’ needs and financial well-being
- Strengthen client engagement and loyalty
- Develop community, industry, and other internal and external networks
- Bring in new clients and grow existing accounts
- Show clients PNC’s full range of products and services
- Use sales tools and reports to find and convert business opportunities
Prasības
- A university or college degree is typically required
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
- Knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
- Ability to assess, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk
- No certifications are required
- No licenses are required
- No language assessments are required or preferred
