Bilingual Dealership Account Manager — Orlando, On-Site

Apraksts

  • Develop new dealership partnerships to expand Lendbuzz’s automotive finance network and market reach
  • Support dealer partners with consultative service during on-site visits
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform business strategy
  • Strengthen brand visibility through focused outreach, clear communication, and consistent representation of company offerings and values
  • Represent the company in the field with daily dealership visits
  • Take full ownership of the assigned territory

Prasības

  • At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in automotive lending, finance, or a related sector
  • A minimum of two years in your most recent position
  • Practical experience with auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is strongly valued
  • Availability and ability to work six days per week, including daily in-person visits to dealership partners across the territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and achieve results
  • Analytical approach with the judgment to spot market opportunities and adjust strategies
  • Proactive problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full-coverage auto insurance required
  • Must live within or close to the assigned geographic territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Residence within or close to the assigned geographic territory is required
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
