- Find and confirm travel reservations for customers.
- Advise customers in line with their travel policies.
- Handle questions about DOT and TSA rules, passports, visas, and other travel regulations.
- Share industry guidance on low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Assess operational processes and commercial relationships, then recommend improvements.
- Keep current with supported travel sectors, share that knowledge, and help expand it.

- Substantial experience as a travel agent.
