  • Guide customers from initial discussions through architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects to go-live.
  • Contribute during presales by shaping solution architecture and migration strategies.
  • Own project planning, estimates, and risk assessments for bids and contracts.
  • Lead customer onboarding and migration activities.
  • Transition customers to business-as-usual operations after project completion.
  • Plan and deliver new integrations and complex initiatives for existing customers.
  • Act as customers’ senior strategic and technical advisor.
  • Turn complex requirements into clear, achievable plans.
  • Coordinate multiple client engagements and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions for audiences with varied backgrounds.

Reikalavimai

  • Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery; experience in e-mobility, B2B SaaS, or infrastructure software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to run several client engagements at the same time.
  • Able to lead workshops and enablement sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Can turn unclear client needs into specific, actionable technical plans.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in French and/or German.
  • Available to travel regularly to meet prospects and customers.
  • Practical experience integrating REST APIs.
  • Able to troubleshoot networks and connectivity, including firewalls, TLS certificates, and WebSocket connections.
  • Understands cloud infrastructure, SaaS platform structure, and how failures can propagate.
  • Can read code, work with and contribute to internal tools, and use AI to script solutions.
  • Familiarity with eRoaming hubs such as Hubject or Gireve is an advantage.
  • Experience leading or supporting data migration projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with energy management is an advantage.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
