  • Own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns from initial setup through daily optimization and scalable growth.
  • Refine bids, keywords, and audiences to reduce CPL sustainably and improve ROAS across client accounts.
  • Manage client accounts independently, spot growth opportunities early, and turn them into proactive initiatives.
  • Prepare useful performance reports and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Join the Paid Search team in a full-time capacity starting January 1, 2027.

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing data-driven Google Ads campaigns for sales or lead-generation goals.
  • Use CPL and ROAS/KUR confidently to guide campaign decisions through dependable performance data.
  • Have independently managed accounts with substantial media budgets, ideally within an agency, e-commerce, or B2B setting.
  • Understand Smart Bidding, Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, along with the fundamentals of conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Practical experience with GA4 and performance dashboards such as Data Studio is strongly preferred.
  • Show strong numerical ability and a performance-focused approach to marketing.
  • Bring initiative and well-developed organizational skills to your work.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads is an advantage.
