Aprašymas

  • Process and reconcile mutual fund trades, reviewing each transaction for accuracy.
  • Resolve trade-processing issues promptly and accurately.
  • Analyze operational data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities to improve.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and operational support.
  • Maintain records with Microsoft OneNote and other Microsoft tools.
  • Follow established procedures and put process enhancements into practice.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Handle routine and complex transactions and processes across specialized products or functional areas.
  • Address exceptions and escalate complex transactions when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal service partners to route calls, documents, and action items.
  • Work with external customers to complete transactions.
  • Keep materials and documentation available and ensure equipment is operational when applicable.
  • Advise internal and external customers.
  • Recommend process improvements and help implement them.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and provide subject matter guidance.
  • Help train and onboard new hires.
  • Check transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policy.
  • Take part in risk mitigation activities.

Reikalavimai

  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Typically, at least three years of experience.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office applications, including OneNote.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage several priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Familiarity with AMG systems, platforms, or processes is preferred.
  • Experience in mutual fund trade operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead operations role is preferred.
  • No certifications are required.
  • No licenses are required.
  • No language assessments are required or preferred.
