Aprašymas

  • Process and reconcile mutual fund trades, reviewing transactions for accuracy.
  • Resolve trade issues promptly and accurately.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and operational support.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records in Microsoft OneNote and other Microsoft tools.
  • Follow established procedures and implement process enhancements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Handle routine and complex transactions across specialized products or functional areas.
  • Address exceptions and escalate complex transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal service partners to route calls, documents, and action items.
  • Ensure required materials and documentation are ready for transactions.
  • Advise internal and external customers.
  • Recommend process improvements and help put them into practice.
  • Contribute to improvement projects and help train and onboard new hires.
  • Check transactions and documentation for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Take part in activities that mitigate risk.

Reikalavimai

  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Typically, at least 3 years of experience.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools, including OneNote.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience or working knowledge of AMG systems, platforms, or processes is preferred.
  • Experience supporting mutual fund trade operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead operations role is preferred.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC does not participate in STEM OPT.
  • If approved to work remotely, must have a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace.
