Aprašymas

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver partner events, including on-site support before and during each event
  • Coordinate event logistics, including merchandise and materials
  • Build relationships and develop partnerships with sponsors
  • Take photos and videos at partner events and activations for marketing and internal use
  • Support the studio team with daily operational tasks
  • Handle administrative work related to partners and events
  • Keep information and documentation organized and up to date

Reikalavimai

  • Currently studying, for example in business, marketing, communications, media, sports management, or a related field
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service, with confidence communicating with partners and customers
  • Enjoy building and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Basic skills in content creation, including photography and video
  • Fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in English
  • An interest in fitness, wellness, or events is an advantage
  • Organized and dependable
  • Humble, hands-on, and willing to contribute wherever needed
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Social and service-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach
  • Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed
