Part-time Partner Coordinator role at Bruce Studios supporting fitness and wellness partnerships and events. Responsibilities include event logistics, content capture, sponsor coordination, and studio operations.

- Plan, prepare, and deliver partner events, including on-site support before and during each event
- Coordinate event logistics, including merchandise and materials
- Build relationships and develop partnerships with sponsors
- Take photos and videos at partner events and activations for marketing and internal use
- Support the studio team with daily operational tasks
- Handle administrative work related to partners and events
- Keep information and documentation organized and up to date

- Currently studying, for example in business, marketing, communications, media, sports management, or a related field
- Experience in sales and/or customer service, with confidence communicating with partners and customers
- Enjoy building and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships
- Basic skills in content creation, including photography and video
- Fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in English
- An interest in fitness, wellness, or events is an advantage
- Organized and dependable
- Humble, hands-on, and willing to contribute wherever needed
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
