  • Achieve individual and company sales targets through consultative selling and responsive customer service
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify and win new customers
  • Deliver sales and marketing support throughout the assigned territory
  • Work with internal teams to build trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level managers and other key contacts
  • Maximize territory sales by applying competitive techniques and knowledge of company products, services, and competitors
  • Grow assigned accounts and consistently expand the customer base and sales volume
  • Review and refine activities to support continued market-share growth
  • Evaluate offerings and recommend market-share strategies to Management
  • Build knowledge of local projects, market conditions, products, services, and emerging technologies
  • Respond promptly and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep customer activity records accurate and organized in Liftware CRM
  • Prepare daily sales reports detailing account activity, open proposals, won proposals, and lost proposals
  • Supply customer information and complete follow-up activities as requested
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned
  • Visit existing and prospective customers each day across the San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose territory and assigned ZIP codes

Reikalavimai

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least three years of B2B or non-retail sales experience is required
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment or general rigging is strongly preferred
  • Experience with industrial construction and maintenance is strongly preferred
  • Equipment-rental outside sales experience is advantageous
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required
  • Must satisfy insurance underwriting requirements
  • Must live near San Francisco, California
  • Must be able to visit existing and prospective customers daily within the assigned territory
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass criminal background and driving-history checks
  • Must pass employment-history verification
  • Must pass a hair-follicle drug test
