Marketing Legal Counsel

Provide legal support to Betclic, a European sports betting and online gaming company. Draft contracts, review marketing campaigns, and advise commercial teams on legal and regulatory matters.

Aprašymas

  • Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents for marketing and commercial work, including sponsorships, brand ambassadors, partnerships, and affiliates.
  • Assess and approve advertising campaigns, promotional offers, social media content, and influencer activity.
  • Coordinate marketing contract execution with the marketing teams.
  • Advise marketing and commercial colleagues on legal matters and support relevant group projects.
  • Track and assess legal and regulatory changes affecting marketing and commercial activities, including advertising, consumer, and digital rules.
  • Handle pre-litigation matters concerning marketing and commercial activities alongside external counsel.
  • Train operational teams and central functions, and build awareness of legal and regulatory requirements.

Reikalavimai

  • Master’s degree (Master II) in business law or contract law.
  • At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong command of contract and commercial law, including negotiating varied agreements.
  • Practical experience with advertising and consumer law, and intellectual property, especially copyright and image rights.
  • Knowledge of sports betting is an advantage.
  • Methodical, thorough, and organized, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Self-directed, able to set priorities, and focused on practical, business-minded solutions.
  • Able to assume responsibilities quickly and become effective in a short-term cover role.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
