Junior IT Lawyer (Switzerland, Remote)
Support S-PRO’s software engineering business with European IT contracts, disputes, and compliance. Advise cross-functional teams on data privacy, intellectual property, and software licensing.
Aprašymas
- Prepare and negotiate IT contracts and legal documents across European and international jurisdictions
- Manage claims, disputes, and legal issues arising from contractual relationships
- Safeguard the company’s interests in contractual matters
- Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, and software licensing compliance
- Work with C-level, HR, and Sales teams on legal compliance and contractual obligations
- Build and maintain contract management processes, including risk assessment and mitigation
- Track European IT and data privacy laws and support compliance across business operations
Reikalavimai
- Law degree at bachelor’s or master’s level
- One to three years of experience as a lawyer
- Experience in IT law and handling disputes or claims
- Demonstrated knowledge of European contract law
- Familiarity with EU regulations
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex IT agreements
- Problem-solving skills, especially in resolving disputes and claims
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced IT environment
