Junior Business Analyst – Insurance and Construction Technology

Support digital transformation projects for Codafication’s insurance and construction technology products. Gather requirements, document processes and help deliver Agile projects and user acceptance testing.

Aprašymas

  • Prepare materials for stakeholder workshops, capture decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Maintain project records such as process maps, meeting notes and functional requirements with guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Help technical and non-technical teams communicate effectively.
  • Clarify project requirements and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Help prepare user acceptance test scenarios, capture feedback and track issues.
  • Keep project updates and reports current, including progress, open actions and potential issues.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Product and Software Engineering teams to deliver and continuously improve products in an Agile setting.

Reikalavimai

  • Have around 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in business analysis, IT or a related role.
  • Show an interest in digital transformation projects.
  • Bring curiosity, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn.
  • Work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team.
  • Demonstrate good organisation and attention to detail.
  • Have a basic grasp of Agile principles and be willing to learn how they apply to software delivery.
  • Previous experience with JIRA or Confluence is helpful.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role or after employment begins.
  • Work the required minimum number of days each week at the Fortitude Valley headquarters.
