  • Help maintain operational readiness, resolve incidents and problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to delivery and ongoing operations for the F5 Obsolescence Program.
  • Provide enterprise monitoring and automation support.
  • Install, configure and maintain enterprise tools for automation, scheduling, deployment, release management and system monitoring.
  • Use automation, scheduling and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Keep current with IT infrastructure platforms, tools and software packages.
  • Ensure system documentation meets applicable IT standards.
  • Monitor systems and services and provide first-line support in line with operational controls and processes.
  • Respond to system requests and messages.
  • Track IT incidents across operating system, network and application environments.
  • Monitor networks and system applications with enterprise tools.
  • Improve IT system efficiency and effectiveness through operational support.
  • Configure monitoring software and enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and configure APIs.
  • Provide occasional support outside standard business hours when operational needs require it.

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of experience as an IT Operations Analyst or in a similar role at a large, complex organisation or within a transformation program.
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Experience working within project governance frameworks.
  • Experience setting alert thresholds for Application Performance Monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems management, including configuring and modifying infrastructure objects and alert thresholds.
  • Experience configuring enterprise monitoring tools with infrastructure, application, database, AI Ops and machine learning capabilities, on premises or through cloud SaaS solutions.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, virtual machines and containers.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Bash and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Safeguard, Spectrum and Tidal.
