- Prior experience as an HR business partner, internal HR consultant, or HR generalist
- Experience advising leaders and supporting business units
- Knowledge of organizational development, performance management, and workplace climate
- Experience reviewing HR metrics and creating action plans
- Ability to work strategically while staying close to day-to-day operations
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage
- Personal vehicle required
- Availability to visit stores in the Belo Horizonte region, including the Central-West and Northern areas
