Controller and Business Analyst
Analyze performance metrics, automate reporting, and help build business intelligence solutions for a German company. Support planning and provide actionable insights to management.

- Analyze business unit KPIs and recommend actions to management
- Partner with departments as a trusted business counterpart
- Build, improve, and automate reports
- Help develop and maintain BI solutions, preferably with Power BI
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Work with departments to identify ways to improve operations
- Maintain and continually improve reporting processes
Reikalavimai
- Degree in business administration, preferably focused on controlling or finance, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in controlling or a similar analytical role, such as business analysis
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers
- Sound knowledge of reporting
- Experience with BI tools is beneficial, preferably Power BI
- Proficiency in Excel
- Organized and self-directed approach, with strong communication and assertiveness
- Good command of English
