Aprašymas

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Keep Microsoft environments secure, stable, and ready for future needs
  • Manage, optimize, and further develop customer IT environments
  • Implement changes and monitor environment health and security
  • Deliver on customer commitments
  • Advise customers on technology developments and improvements
  • Translate technical challenges into practical solutions
  • Support migrations, new Microsoft service implementations, security enhancements, and optimization of existing environments
  • Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and colleagues across different areas of expertise
  • Proactively monitor and manage customer environments
  • Identify risks, perform periodic checks, and propose improvements
  • Contribute to customers’ IT strategies and help ensure recommendations are implemented
  • Work with cloud and hybrid infrastructure

Reikalavimai

  • At least four years of professional experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, Entra ID, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of networking and VoIP solutions
  • One or more Microsoft certifications, such as MS-700, MD-102, AZ-104, or MS-102, or the motivation to obtain them
  • Interest in IT administration, security, and the continuous improvement of IT environments
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and accountable for the quality of managed environments
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly and follow developments across the Microsoft platform
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
