  • Build relationships with Palm Beach business leaders and invite suitable candidates to join the community.
  • Work with the Chapter President and other Directors toward a shared target of at least four new members monthly, with clear accountability.
  • Recruit members each month through personal networks, referrals, events, and local business connections.
  • Welcome new members, understand their businesses and interests, and connect them with others to support engagement.
  • Lead CEO Life’s monthly Palm Beach events, attract attendees, and invite guests who could become members.
  • Collaborate with the Chapter President and corporate team on event concepts, locations, and memorable experiences.
  • Develop ties across the Palm Beach business community and represent CEO Life at local events.
  • Manage prospects and professional follow-up using CEO Life’s CRM, member platform, outreach tools, and training.
  • Represent CEO Life locally, including occasional contributions to social media and chapter content.
  • Report to the Chapter President and help improve the Palm Beach member experience and build recurring growth.

Reikalavimai

  • At least three years in a relationship-focused role involving areas such as business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, or entrepreneurship.
  • Currently reside in the Palm Beach, Florida area.
  • An established Palm Beach business network is helpful; the ability to quickly form genuine connections with successful business leaders is also important.
  • Able to connect people naturally and spot opportunities where introductions can be valuable.
  • Skilled in relationship-based sales and comfortable asking for business without making conversations feel transactional.
  • Warm, engaging manner and ability to help people feel welcome, recognized, and connected.
  • Well organized and able to independently manage a prospect pipeline, follow-ups, and commitments.
  • Comfortable representing an organization publicly, speaking to groups, and appearing occasionally on camera or social media.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook and genuine interest in building within the local business community.
