Lead engineering teams designing water and wastewater infrastructure.
Oversee the preparation and review of reports, drawings, calculations and scopes of work.
Guide technical design on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Manage programme milestones, schedules and budgets.
Work with clients, operations teams, project managers and AtkinsRéalis colleagues.
Coach and support junior engineers.
Use professional judgement to resolve complex engineering issues and provide technical direction.
Contribute to bid submissions.
Help develop integrated designs with teams in the UK and internationally.
Follow quality assurance and design review procedures.

Талаптар

Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Be chartered or incorporated, or be able to achieve ICE chartership within 12 months.
Have substantial experience leading engineering design teams in consultancy and multidisciplinary project settings across the full project lifecycle.
Develop practical, innovative responses to complex engineering and design problems.
Understand risk management, quality assurance, change control, commercial matters and multidisciplinary design coordination.
Know relevant design standards, regulations and industry practice, including CDM, Eurocodes, NEC and water industry requirements.
Use AutoCAD, common data environment (CDE) platforms, Microsoft Office, Power BI and other analytical software.
Communicate effectively.
Work independently.
Maintain safety compliance and work effectively with varied project teams.
Obtain relevant security clearance if required.
Provide evidence of at least five years' UK residency if required for security vetting.
