  • Track technology and AI initiatives, monitoring plans, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees and governance bodies
  • Coordinate meetings, decisions, action plans, and participating suppliers
  • Assess new opportunities to apply AI and improve digital processes
  • Support the prioritization and governance of strategic initiatives
  • Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories, and action tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement through digital tools and artificial intelligence

  • Two to five years of experience in consulting, PMO, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology project management
  • Strong knowledge of project management and project tracking
  • General understanding of technology and digital transformation
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its main corporate use cases

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
