  • Plan and deliver high-priority initiatives across Strategy and Business Operations.
  • Manage strategic projects that advance the company’s key growth priorities.
  • Use B-Stock’s data, customer relationships, and network to expand into new segments, offerings, and partnerships.
  • Create frameworks for identifying market growth opportunities.
  • Provide business leaders and executives with data, analysis, and industry insight to inform decisions and implementation.
  • Apply AI-enabled workflows and automation to shorten analysis cycles and increase team capacity.
  • Run planning cycles and business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Report to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations.

  • Bring at least five years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations, personally taking problems from hypothesis to delivery.
  • Use strong quantitative and analytical skills to build spreadsheet models, test assumptions, and estimate potential value.
  • Own initiatives from strategy through execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, turning complex analysis into actionable recommendations for executives.
  • Have hands-on experience applying AI tools to analytical or operational workflows, including building automations or multi-step processes.
  • Adapt quickly to new AI capabilities as they emerge.
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Preferred: experience with two-sided marketplaces, retail, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Preferred: interest in or exposure to reverse logistics, returns, or the circular economy.
  • Preferred: experience launching a new product, segment, or initiative from the ground up.
  • Preferred: an MBA, an advanced degree from a leading program, or equivalent experience.
  • Work authorization is required.
