Manage and grow social media for startup and scale-up brands through Up Collective, Up World’s fractional marketing agency. Combine hands-on content creation, channel strategy, influencer marketing, and commercial performance across multiple consumer brands.

- Lead social media for startup and scale-up brands, primarily in food and beverage and consumer goods, with some lifestyle and luxury clients.
- Serve as the fractional, in-house Social Media Manager for each brand, typically one to two days per week per client.
- Drive measurable social growth and commercial outcomes across several brands simultaneously.
- Create video and static content hands-on for multiple social platforms.
- Develop the strategic direction behind creative work rather than focusing only on calendars and trends.
- Challenge founders to adjust their approach when their social strategy is underperforming.
- Provide guidance on influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Manage the full social function for brands without additional support.
- Brief and oversee designers, influencers, and paid-boosting budgets where those resources already exist.
- Coach and develop emerging social talent, with potential direct and indirect reports as the team expands.
