  • Track Enformion API availability, latency, and errors; define service objectives and alerts.
  • Resolve production incidents, lead blameless reviews, and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Automate routine operations and remediation.
  • Plan capacity and optimize performance across CDN, application, and data layers.
  • Develop ways to detect scraping, malicious bots, credential stuffing, fake accounts, API key abuse, and other unwanted traffic.
  • Configure and tune CDN, WAF, bot management, and rate limiting.
  • Review traffic logs to investigate abuse patterns and trends.
  • Enforce acceptable use and terms of service policies through infrastructure controls.
  • Manage infrastructure as code and run security policy checks before production changes.
  • Apply least privilege IAM, network segmentation, TLS management, and secrets handling across AWS environments.
  • Add dependency, container, and configuration security scans to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and correct configuration drift, and maintain centralized logs for operational and security investigations.
  • Produce evidence of automated controls for audits and client security questionnaires.
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Legal/Compliance to protect site quality and data integrity.
  • Explain to marketing and product teams how traffic quality influences analytics, conversion measures, and campaign reporting.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Three years of experience with security attacks and mitigation, especially bot, scraping, and application layer threats.
  • Hands-on experience with CDN providers such as Akamai, Cloudflare, or Fastly, including traffic management, WAF, and bot management features.
  • Experience using Elastic/OpenSearch or a comparable platform for log mining and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and TLS, including traffic management at each layer.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Experience operating production systems in a public cloud environment.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
  • Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Container and orchestration experience, including basic container security.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
  • Experience protecting high traffic commercial APIs.
  • Familiarity with SLOs, error budgets, and incident management practices.
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 control environments.
