Support Bart & Associates’ Defense Logistics Agency federal IT program as a senior SQL database administrator. Design, secure, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server databases in a remote role.

- Administer computerized databases.
- Plan long-term database administration and design needs with information systems managers.
- Design, build, and maintain databases in client/server environments.
- Audit database quality to ensure data is accurate and used appropriately.
- Guide users on accessing client/server databases.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases, including access methods, validation, organization, protection, security, documentation, and statistical methods.
- Use database technologies, development methods, and front-end and back-end programming languages, including SQL.
- Develop database programs and support systems design.
- Maintain database dictionaries and oversee standards and procedures.
- Manage file design and storage, and integrate systems through database design.
- Attend occasional meetings at DLA Susquehanna or other work locations in the New Cumberland, Pennsylvania area.

- At least five years of progressively responsible experience with database query languages such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with relational database management systems.
- Ability to work across multiple operating systems and with additional programming languages.
- DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification: Category IAT Level II.
- Computing environment certification: MC: Azure DBAA, MCSA: SQL 2012 DBA, or MCSA: SQL 2016 DBA.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, adjudicated within the past five years.
