Senior Salesforce Delivery Architect
Lead Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration for Clariti’s government software implementations. Help public sector customers improve service delivery and citizen experiences.

- Guide solution direction for Clariti implementations.
- Lead or support technical discovery and analysis workshops.
- Recommend implementation strategies and solution architectures.
- Set direction for third-party integrations, including specifications and testing practices.
- Guide data conversion and assist partners with conversion work.
- Improve future implementation efficiency by developing processes and tools.
- Train junior team members.
- Work with product management and development teams.
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to delivery teams.
- Set architectural direction, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and provide technical leadership and consulting.
- Develop, advise on, and assure solution architecture for projects.
- Guide Clariti solution architecture through deployment.
- Lead architecture across implementation stages, from discovery and business process design through requirements validation, integration design, data migration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute products, tools, assets, and processes that streamline delivery of the Clariti Enterprise solution.
- Advise on best practices for deploying configuration data, metadata, and code across environments.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements.
- Help develop and validate technical specifications for custom development and integrations.
- Contribute practices that improve delivery quality.

- At least 3–5 years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform.
- 3–5 years of experience leading client implementations and/or working with system integration partners.
- Salesforce.com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Developer certifications.
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience integrating third-party applications with Salesforce APIs.
- Understanding of data and data migration methods.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI plugins and Salesforce DevOps Center, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work within time constraints when needed.
- Experience in Agile or modified Agile environments.
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada as needed.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks before joining the team.
- Additional cloud certifications are a plus.
- Technical experience with REST API integrations and setting up SSO with Okta or Azure AD.
- Expert understanding of solution architecture.
- End-to-end Salesforce platform implementation experience.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
- Ability to ensure project data integrity, including extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and Excel for data visualization.
