  • Run production workflows in Databricks Jobs, linking tasks with depends_on and handling ALL_SUCCESS and ALL_DONE failure conditions
  • Manage Databricks Asset Bundle deployments across development, QA, and production targets using country-specific resource and deployment configurations
  • Maintain MLflow and Unity Catalog model and artifact lifecycles, covering registration, versioning, Champion/Challenger aliases, and rollback procedures
  • Support reliable operations by administering workspace compute, applying FinOps cost-monitoring tags, and connecting AIOps and observability tools
  • Develop end-to-end product expertise to troubleshoot runtime incidents and collaborate with development squads
  • Take ownership of deployment, job configuration, and complete operational delivery for AI Factory products across countries

  • Demonstrated experience orchestrating Databricks data and machine learning pipelines using Jobs, Workflows, and cluster policies
  • Strong CI/CD background with Azure DevOps, Gitflow, and pull-request workflows
  • Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with Databricks Asset Bundles
  • Working knowledge of Black, isort, and mypy code-quality standards
  • Advanced Python skills
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience with Delta and Unity Catalog
  • Experience with multi-country schemas, drift and cost monitoring, and automated deployments is desirable
  • Experience building AI agents or agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP, is desirable
  • Being based in Mexico or a nearby time zone that supports substantial overlap with Mexico working hours is desirable
