  • Manage client accounts and act as their primary strategic contact
  • Lead biweekly calls on results, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps
  • Send performance reports at least 24 hours before each biweekly client call
  • Turn campaign data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions
  • Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
  • Spot and address account risks and growth opportunities
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking
  • Manage campaign budgets, audiences, bidding, account structure, and creative tests
  • Track daily results against cost per appointment and other acquisition measures
  • Diagnose weak campaign performance and identify ways to improve it
  • Plan tests across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign settings
  • Write direct-response ads and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences
  • Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing
  • Use performance results to form creative and messaging hypotheses
  • Work with video editors and guide creative development
  • Use AI tools to speed up research and copywriting while applying sound judgment and maintaining quality
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
  • Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
  • Fix technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems
  • Assess media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to find funnel problems
  • Report to the Associate Director of Operations and remain accountable for client results, relationships, and retention

  • Bring at least five years of hands-on paid media experience, including substantial responsibility for Meta advertising
  • Have experience managing multiple client accounts at once and leading client-facing strategy discussions
  • Show a record of managing campaigns to defined performance goals while supporting client retention
  • Have strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
  • Have experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
  • Have experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial services marketing experience is preferred
  • Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaign experience is preferred
  • Video sales letter marketing experience is preferred
  • High-ticket or considered-purchase funnel experience is preferred
  • Performance marketing agency experience is preferred
  • Direct-response advertising experience is preferred
  • For compensation at the upper end of the range, demonstrate hands-on development and optimization of direct-response ad copy, video scripts and VSLs, creative hooks, messaging angles, and conversion-focused funnels
  • For compensation at the upper end of the range, show measurable campaign improvements in performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and booked appointments attributable to creative contributions
  • Experience in financial services, RIA marketing, and compliance-sensitive advertising is strongly preferred
