  • Develop original concepts, visual identities, and experience journeys for events, incentive programs, and new business pursuits.
  • Create mood boards, concept presentations, and visual narratives that make ideas clear and compelling to clients.
  • Independently manage design workstreams from initial concept through final production.
  • Extend creative ideas across the full attendee journey, including pre-event communications, onsite environments, stages, screens, signage, wayfinding, digital experiences, and related touchpoints.
  • Produce digital, print, environmental, and experiential design materials.
  • Develop hotel signage and branding plans while coordinating with print, digital, scenic, and fabrication vendors.
  • Collaborate with motion designers, editors, and Production to create cohesive graphic, spatial, and moving-image experiences.
  • Art direct and support Graphic Designers and freelance creatives.
  • Account for scale, materials, fabrication, sightlines, screen formats, and technical constraints in physical production.
  • Balance priorities across multiple programs, clients, and deadlines.
  • Prepare client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Present creative rationale and design work to clients with Creative Directors and cross-functional partners.
  • Turn client feedback into considered design solutions.
  • Work with Creative, Production, Planning, Account, and New Business teams from discovery and briefing through execution.
  • Maintain BMC design standards and contribute to stronger creative quality.
  • Offer constructive critique and mentor developing designers.
  • Use AI and emerging technologies for research, concepting, visualization, image generation, iteration, and storytelling.
  • Evaluate new tools, techniques, and capabilities that can make the work more distinctive and effective.

  • At least six years of professional design experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, entertainment, or an agency setting.
  • A portfolio demonstrating concept development, craft, and versatility across branding, presentations, print, digital, environmental, and event design.
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise with the ability to produce polished presentations for clients and executives.
  • Working fluency with generative AI platforms such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or comparable tools.
  • Strong knowledge of print production, large-format and environmental graphics, file preparation, and production standards.
  • Experience working with motion, video, spatial design, production, and other creative disciplines.
  • Experience directing creatives and presenting work to clients and senior executives.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients, programs, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client programs, presentations, and events.
  • B2B event experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, motion design, 3D, or spatial design is preferred.
