Direct several client engagements at once, creating and delivering project plans that meet schedule, budget, performance, and value objectives.
Assess detailed spend, contract, supplier, and market information to uncover opportunities and shape strategic recommendations.
Own assigned supplier relationships and contracts, tracking pricing, usage, renewals, performance, compliance, and adoption.
Manage renewals, amendments, supplier negotiations, pricing enhancements, and approaches to reduce costs.
Plan and deliver strategic sourcing work, including RFPs, supplier proposals, market reviews, and assessments of new categories and portfolio expansion opportunities.
Lead client leadership sessions, supplier business reviews, governance meetings, and issue-resolution efforts.
Manage client onboarding, contract activation, and implementation, including documentation, training, and adoption planning.
Strengthen client partnerships, set expectations, uncover further advisory opportunities, and mentor junior consultants.
Work with the Indirect Spend Advisory team to create reusable tools, analytical methods, reporting practices, and process improvements.
Apply approved technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools to increase workflow efficiency and improve deliverables while protecting confidential data and checking results.

A relevant degree is preferred.
At least five years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in consulting, healthcare, indirect spend, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or purchased services is preferred.
Proven ability to lead complex client initiatives from discovery through implementation and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Experience with healthcare organizations, health systems, hospital networks, or complex multi-site environments is preferred.
Working knowledge of supplier negotiations, contract management, sourcing events, RFPs, contract activation, and adoption improvement.
Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, benchmarking, financial modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent project management, executive presentation, relationship management, and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior clients and suppliers.
Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve workflows, analysis, or project deliverables while protecting confidential data and validating results.
Ability to travel regularly and respond promptly throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
