Follow up overdue invoices by email and phone with a professional, firm approach.
Set payment plans and record each commitment to pay.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve issues with sales and finance teams.
Refresh the ageing report each week and highlight high-risk accounts.
Apply incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.
Manage overdue collections to support the client’s cash flow.

Талаптар

Bring credit control or collections experience, with examples of reducing overdue balances.
Be familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
Communicate confidently and courteously by phone and email.
Have a reliable laptop, stable fibre internet, and a quiet workspace.
Be available from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST).
Experience with UK VAT and payment terms is an advantage.
Familiarity with Dext or GoCardless is an advantage.
Have experience preparing ageing reports in Excel; this is an advantage.
