Connect business objectives with operational needs through analysis and interpretation
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for member communications
Assess data relationships and system dependencies
Convert approved business needs into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with business, technical, compliance, and operations teams
Support development, testing, implementation, and validation against approved business and regulatory requirements
Use data analysis to advance initiatives and identify implementation obstacles
Conduct user acceptance testing for new systems
Review requirements, procedures, dependencies, and process issues to improve existing operations
Analyze projects, document requirements, recommend solutions, and support testing and implementation
Improve performance management, requirements traceability, quality, and operational reporting
Apply organizational best practices within business applications
Coordinate cross-functional problem solving, clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support stakeholder approvals
Help develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
Complete additional assigned responsibilities
Follow applicable policies and standards

Талаптар

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Strongly preferred: experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements
Valuable experience converting business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional or technical specifications
Preferred experience with member communications, document composition, user acceptance testing, requirements traceability, change control, or regulated processes
Understanding of upstream systems, data elements, interfaces, dependencies, and downstream effects
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Two to four years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Project management experience is preferred
